Playing (violin), speaking and coaching to raise money for the poorest people in the world.

UPCOMING CONCERTS 2024 at Sewerby Hall Orangery and Beverley Minster

Violin recitals

I have a number of recital programmes consisting of Classical, Folk, Film and Popular music. I can play with backing tracks or with a pianist / organist.

Talks

I give a variety of talks about the violin, classical music, fairtrade, world poverty and food for the future. I am also a Tearfund Speaker.

Coaching

I am a Life Coach and can offer workshops for groups or conduct sessions for individual clients. I am a qualified DISC assessor (personality profiling).

Here are a couple of audio clips – the ‘Violin Demo’ is a short medley of a little selection of pieces I am often asked to play. ‘In Christ Alone’ is one of my favourite modern songs.

Donations / Fees

I don’t charge professional fees, but I do aim to raise as much money as I can for my charities. I usually discuss a suitable overall donation / fee (based partly on audience numbers) within the price range of the organisation making a booking. I am happy to work with an organisation hosting a talk, workshop or a concert, splitting the funds raised with them and my good causes.

Growth

‘Be the change you want to

 see in the world” Ghandi

“Do all the good you can,

By all the means you can,

In all the ways you can,

In all the places you can,

At all the times you can,

To all the people you can,

As long as ever you can.”

 John Wesley

My Area

I live near Driffield in East Yorkshire and will travel up to about 40 miles / 1 hour usually (not that far east!)
